Do You Take My Insurance?

Most of the time, yes! We are a fee-for-service clinic that is not in-network with any insurances. Upon request, receipts and medical codes can be provided that include the necessary information to send self-claims to your insurance company.

All treatment sessions are one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.  The rate for treatment sessions and other services vary, so please call us at 727-490-8262 for any clarification you may need.

What is “Direct Pay?”

In order to provide high-quality one-on-one personalized care, Florida Physio operates under the direct pay model. Cost of care is due before treatment is administered in order to circumvent an insurance company dictating the type of care that you need. This model allows us to book one patient per one hour. You will never be double or triple booked.

A receipt with necessary medical coding will be emailed upon completion of treatment that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.
